When it rains, we forget about the drought. A mistake, experts warn

It rained a lot in the summer, now it is snowing in the winter. The soil in the Czech Republic is saturated with water for agriculture and the farmers could be satisfied. But experts say it is more complicated than that. Because of its geographical location and climate change in Europe, the Czech Republic must prepare for future periods of severe drought and torrential rain. Moreover, there are still regions where last year's rains did not help and moisture is scarce.
